🗝️ 🔑

Old and new run in parallel for a long while.

fortrabbit currently runs two platforms in parallel — the established old platform and the new one in public BETA. Existing customers can continue on the old platform while migrating at their own pace.

Both platforms are live today. The table below shows the key differences at a glance.

The old platform remains fully functional and supported. It will be phased out slowly, so there is no rush to leave. We aim to make the migration as seamless as possible, with details and timing to follow.

The new platform is live and open to everyone. Experience a redesigned, yet familiar fortrabbit.

New customers

Start with the new platform.

Existing customers

You can use both platforms simultaneously. Accounts have not been transferred. Please create a new account on the new platform, ideally using the same email address for future matching. We suggest to already create new apps on the new platform, while continuing to manage existing apps on the old one.

Timeline

The exact support duration for the old platform is not yet defined. It will depend on customer feedback and needs.
